How it Works
1. Purchase a monthly subscription by clicking on the "Send Letters" button above or navigating to our Shop page.
2. Fill out the survey emailed to you after checkout. This is your chance to share relevant details about your loved one so we can craft thoughtful, pen pal-style letters.
3. Leave the rest to us! Letters are sent out twice a month, on the 1st and 15th. The service is one-way, so there's no risk of sharing sensitive information.

Carrie brings seven years of experience as a successful small business owner, with a deep understanding of what it takes to build something special from the ground up. Kari utilizes her background in project management to keep everything organized and running properly. A trained editor, Sarah uses her technical writing skills to ensure letters are engaging and easy to read. Together, we are excited to spread seeds of kindness, support, and connection—one message at a time.
